About shipping

Unless otherwise specified, we will ship within 6 business days after checking the stock.
If you are in a hurry, please specify the desired date.

Delivery will be Yu-Pack.

We also accept overseas shipments.

About packing

We take care in packing so that it will not be damaged during transportation.

In consideration of environmental protection and effective use of resources, we use newspapers for luggage for home use.

About damage / return / exchange

When you receive the item you ordered, immediately unpack it and check that all the items you ordered are complete and that the items are not damaged.

If the item is damaged or if the item is different from your order, please contact us within 7 days after the item arrives.

We do not accept replacements other than damaged or defective products.

Since the products we sell are handmade, each of the same products has its own individuality depending on the size and color.

If there is no problem in using the container, such as handmade texture and individual differences, we judge it as a non-defective product.
